What is CrossFit? CrossFit is a fitness program that was developed by Greg Glassman. He developed this program over several decades and was the first person to help define what fitness is in a way that is meaningful and measurable. The workouts use functional movements that mimic movements we use during daily activities as well as sports like rowing, gymnastics and running. The most important thing in CrossFit training is INTENSITY. All exercise works at the highest possible intensity to get the best results. It is a full-body workout.
