We have classes running early in the morning as well as the afternoon to accommodate any schedule. All classes are run by professional and well-trained instructors who will guide you and monitor the class.

All workouts consist of different exercises and these exercises change every day. There is no opportunity for getting bored as because the exercises and Workout of the Day (WOD) keep changing.

If you are experiencing any pain or discomfort during your exercises, please make sure to stop and ask for assistance to prevent injury.

Facilities

Our facilities include all necessary equipment that the CrossFit workouts require. Weights and all weight-training related equipment, jump ropes, yoga mats, cross bars, climbing ropes, gymnastics equipment, different types of balls, etc. Our gym has plenty of room to accommodate groups and individuals following their own regime. Our facilities are open to all our members. Instructors and trainers are available for guidance and help.

We also have locker rooms, dressing rooms, showers and a sauna for our members’ convenience.

Membership

We have different packages that range from 12-month to 36-month contracts. Payment options are available.
